UIA installed five self-check-in kiosks for passengers at Boryspil Airport, the company reports. The facilities are located in the left wing of Terminal D, near the first check-in island serving the UIA flights.
The passengers can use the kiosks to check in for a flight and receive a free printout of the boarding pass. The travellers, who did not manage to understand how to register can get help from the UIA employees located near the devices.
It should be reminded that since October 1st, UIA has started charging a fee from passengers departing by domestic flights and international flights of medium-range for the receipt of the boarding pass at the airport's check-in desk. At the moment, the fee for the printout is 10 euro. Passengers who checked in online, printed the boarding pass issued by the system or saved it on their mobile phone for showing from the gadget screen to the airport officials do not have to pay it.
